What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to client calls, emails, system alerts, and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Serve as a primary resource within the inbound calling contact center for Managed IT clients
- Determine problem severity, establish priorities, and assign service requests to appropriate resources
- Accurately log client problem information and create service requests
- Provide prompt communications to clients regarding status and estimated resolution times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma and two years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous IT experience preferred
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools, including MS Office applications and Outlook
- Strong customer service abilities, including effective telephone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients

- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and remediation processes
- Experience in a client-oriented team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
