What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- List and sell residential real estate, guiding clients through the entire process
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to align with buyer and seller interests
- Prepare and deliver strong listing presentations that showcase unique value to sellers
- Consult and provide expert advice to clients throughout the real estate transaction process
- Dedicate yourself to client satisfaction and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active real estate license and experience with closed deals
- Reside in or near San Diego
- Full-time availability to assist both buyers and sellers
- Willingness to participate in a one-week onboarding process
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on knowledge-sharing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience closing at least 2-6 transactions within a year
- Eagerness to embrace and utilize technology in real estate practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
