Provide regional leadership and oversight of Admissions and Intake teams across multiple ALIYA Healthcare facilities.
Drive census growth by strengthening hospital, managed care, and referral source relationships.
Monitor daily admissions activity, bed management, and conversion metrics across the region.
Develop and implement regional admissions strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals, authorizations, and admissions documentation.
Partner with Case Management, MDS, Nursing, and Business Office teams to ensure smooth admissions and transitions.
Coach, train, and support facility Admissions Directors and Coordinators.
Establish and maintain best practices for admissions workflows and communication.
Analyze admissions data and trends; provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer admissions requirements.
Support facilities during audits, surveys, and census-related reviews.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of admissions, intake, or census development experience in a SNF/LTC or healthcare setting required.
Regional or multi-facility leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of hospital referrals, managed care authorizations, and admissions workflows.
Proven ability to drive census and build referral relationships.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel between ALIYA Healthcare facilities as needed.
