      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary regional contact for revenue cycle follow-up related to charge posting, accounts receivable, payments, and patient account activities
      - Provide training and ongoing support to clinic staff on front-end revenue cycle processes
      - Oversee and perform bank, payment, deposit, and cash reconciliation processes
      - Review and resolve claim edits, denials, and appeals, providing feedback to prevent recurring issues
      - Collaborate with corporate revenue cycle partners to identify and implement best practices across the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3–5 years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience in a hospital-based clinic or physician practice environment
      - Strong working knowledge of healthcare billing, claims processing, and payer requirements
      - Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and influence clinic staff
      - High school diploma or equivalent required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
      - CPC coursework or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
      - Experience supporting multiple sites or regional operations
      - Prior experience working with PMDS or centralized billing models
