      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish strategies and activities to enhance and promote placement opportunities for eligible Job Corps students
      - Develop individual Student Career Exit Readiness Plans, including goal setting and career preparation
      - Provide training on student resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques
      - Maintain relationships with local HBAs, contractors, and vendors to create a database of employment opportunities
      - Monitor statistical performance for assigned programs and inform the Director of Career Services of any concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Any combination of experience, skills, and training equivalent to a four (4) year degree plus three (3) years of experience in workforce development, employee placement, or a related field
      - Current valid driver’s license
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience with personal computers and software, including databases and Microsoft Office
      - Knowledge of Job Corps Career Transition Services

      - Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct students and employers
      - Knowledge of the construction trades
      - Experience communicating with a wide range of government, industry, union, and other groups and individuals
      - Familiarity with personal computers and a variety of software applications
