What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enter new markets
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for fleet management solutions and related services
- Lead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger-based approaches to close high-value deals
- Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and business objectives
- Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools and prepare customer reports by analyzing key data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a related field, or a master’s degree with up to 2 years of related experience, or 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territories
- Proven success in prospecting, developing new business, and growing existing accounts
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Experience in trucking or fleet management sales
- Working knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Preference for applicants living in South Florida
