      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop deep familiarity with the employer's platform and its application in solving public safety issues
      - Travel to client sites to educate agencies and provide product demonstrations
      - Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure business transparency
      - Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to effectively manage the sales pipeline
      - Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with a focus on data integration and analytics
      - Proven track record of consistent quota attainment exceeding $1M+ ARR/year
      - Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in onboarding new customers
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interactions
      - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

      - Experience in early-stage tech startups
      - Existing relationships within law enforcement in the designated territory
      - Proven success in selling SaaS platforms to new logo accounts with complex procurement needs
      - Strong customer references demonstrating overachievement of sales quotas
