      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop deep familiarity with the employer's platform to effectively solve real-world public safety and societal problems
      - Travel to client sites to educate agencies about the product and provide demonstrations
      - Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and company reports for transparency and accuracy
      - Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to effectively manage the sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with leadership to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space with a focus on data integration and analytics
      - Proven track record of achieving over $1M+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
      - Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing legal agreements with customers
      - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
      - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and ability to work with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an early-stage tech startup environment
      - Established relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory
      - Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into new accounts with complex procurement processes
      - History of overachievement of sales quotas and strong customer references
