      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and lead Specialty Account Managers and Senior Specialty Account Managers within the assigned region
      - Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize business potential in the region
      - Conduct performance reviews and manage team performance issues in coordination with Human Resources
      - Maintain technical expertise to respond accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and policies
      - Coach team members on improving selling skills and product knowledge while working in the field

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
      - Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales team
      - Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and reimbursement programs
      - Strong planning and resource utilization skills
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary, including frequent overnight and/or weekend travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specialty sales leadership experience and product reimbursement experience
      - Familiarity with software tools such as Tableau and Veeva, and ability to coach the team on their use
