      Position Overview

      Kettle Cuisine is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to accelerate growth within restaurant chains across the Southeast region, with Florida and Georgia as the highest-priority markets. This role is responsible for expanding penetration within regional multi-unit chains by leveraging Kettle's insights and culinary team as well as the broker network to deliver strategic, customized solutions that drive menu relevance and operator success.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Target, pursue, and grow regional restaurant chains with 30 or more locations headquartered in the Southeast.
      • Build strong relationships with chain decision-makers across culinary, R&D, purchasing, operations, and marketing.
      • Lead menu ideation sessions, product cuttings, and strategic business reviews tailored specifically to the needs of regional multi-unit operators.
      • Develop customized value propositions using Kettle's culinary capabilities and insights to secure new chain placements.

      Leverage Trend Data & Culinary Resources
      • Utilize Kettle Cuisine's trend data to proactively identify menu opportunities, flavor gaps, and category growth potential for chain customers.
      • Partner closely with Kettle's culinary team to bring forward new concepts, limited-time offers (LTOs), seasonal innovations, and operational solutions.
      • Translate data and culinary insights into compelling selling stories and operator-ready presentations.

      Broker Partnership & Leadership
      • Work hand-in-hand with Kettle Cuisine's broker network across the Southeast to ensure clear strategy, strong execution, and high accountability.
      • Provide brokers with training, tools, data, and direction to prioritize chain targets and accelerate new customer acquisition.
      • Conduct market rides, performance reviews, and opportunity planning with broker partners to maximize territory impact.

      Internal Collaboration
      • Partner with Marketing, Culinary, and Category teams to create customer-specific materials, menu concepts, and validation tools.
      • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
      • Provide customer and market insights back to internal teams to support innovation, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.

      • Work diligently to contribute to the team delivering their plan


      QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
      • 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the foodservice industry.
      • Strong understanding of distributor networks, GPOs, and regional/national account dynamics.
      • Demonstrated success in managing a multi-state territory with complex customer channel layers, and managing broker partners.
      • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
      • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to travel up to 50%.
