      Salary: $146,000 - $248,200 per year

      Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

      How you'll make an impact in this role

      • Aligns nursing development initiatives with the organization's strategic priorities and serves as an advisor for professional development.
      • Leads in the development and implementation of clinical education, nurse leader development, nursing professional development and/or educational institution relationships.
      • Develop and maintain robust competency management systems that support knowledge and skills required for safe, high-quality patient care, meeting regulatory standards.
      • Evaluates program performance and outcomes using data analytics, trends and other findings, refining them as needed.
      • Conducts hiring, training, leading, development and evaluation of staff.

      What minimum qualifications you'll need

      Licensure / Certification / Registration:

      • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

      Education:

      • Master's degree required.

      Work Experience:

      • 5 years of experience required.
      • 10 years of experience preferred.
      • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
      • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

      What additional requirements you'll need

      • Doctoral degree in Nursing (PhD, DNP, EdD, or equivalent) preferred.
      • National certification in nursing professional development or education preferred.
      • Experience in system-level or multi-site health care organizations preferred.
      • Active engagement with national nursing education and professional development organizations (ANPD, NLN, AACN, AONL) preferred.
