Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
2 + years of receptionist experience , prefera bly in a luxury hospitality env ironment
Proficiency with computers and online systems preferred
Ability to stand/move behind the desk and around the hotel for the entire shift
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Check in guests, understanding their situations and feelings and taking action to create the best possible experience
Check out guests , ensuring satisfaction with empathy and awareness of any issues encountered during their visit
Act as a confident problem solver in all guest interactions, delivering the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests (when possible), resolve concerns, and assist with inquiries
Utilize multiple computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for upcoming arrivals
Answer and direct guest phone calls and process reservations, changes, and cancellations
