      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Privacy Program with guidance on compliance related to HIPAA, HITECH, and state data privacy laws
      - Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and recommend safeguards for new products and vendor relationships
      - Assist with daily healthcare compliance activities across various digital health services
      - Draft and update policies, training resources, and operational documentation to facilitate compliance
      - Collaborate with teams to operationalize compliance requirements while supporting innovation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5+ years of experience in privacy or healthcare compliance roles, preferably in digital health or telehealth
      - Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and U.S. privacy laws
      - Ability to translate complex regulations into clear guidance
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in ambiguous situations
      - Collaborative communication style with a focus on integrity and member-first thinking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or CIPM
      - Experience with audits, accreditation, or compliance program development
      - Familiarity with digital health workflows and pharmacy services
