      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage consumers and assist them with managing their delinquent accounts
      - Negotiate to resolve the balance due in the best interests of all parties
      - Maintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts to ensure completion of postdated payments
      - Ensure all consumer accounts are documented properly and notify consumers of any missing documents
      - Abide by FDCPA and other Federal and State collection regulations at all times

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - HS Diploma or GED required; College Degree a plus but not required
      - 1+ years' experience preferred in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, or Banking
      - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate
      - Must have reliable transportation and punctuality (reliable attendance required)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in debt recovery or accounts receivable management
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations in the collections industry
      - Proficiency in using software packages, databases, and the internet
