- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to service guidelines regarding data usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a customer service environment is an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including typing and grammar
- Ability to learn new skills and apply knowledge quickly and accurately
- Advanced knowledge of PCs and familiarity with system navigation
- Professional and empathetic conversational style with a positive attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the food and/or retail industry
- Demonstrated ability to implement change efforts
- Skills in handling sensitive customer complaints and inquiries effectively
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
