      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues
      - Assist customers in adding or removing products and services
      - Resolve customer issues while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
      - Recognize sales opportunities and apply skills to promote products and services
      - Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
