      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong communication skills that are assertive, clear, and professional
      - Ability to think critically and listen actively
      - Basic math skills, including working with percentages
      - Must pass background and drug screening

      - Experience in collections, sales, or call center environments
