What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer inquiries and provide innovative solutions to varying questions and concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and care
- Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call, while also tracking call-related information for auditing purposes
- Calmly de-escalate situations and escalate issues when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems with general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
