What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through virtual interactions to promote assigned client products and maximize sales potential
- Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features, benefits, and safety profiles
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and sales goals
- Maintain productivity metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with team members and client partners to enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience in B2B, field pharmaceutical sales, remote sales, or medical sales
- Technical aptitude for using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems such as Veeva
- Ability to comprehend complex medical terminology
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and conventions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
