What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients to identify and recommend personalized insurance plans
- Focus on acquiring new household clients with the goal of quoting a minimum of 3 new households daily
- Utilize advanced tools like Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting software to manage client interactions
- Minimize administrative tasks to concentrate on sales activities
- Maintain a consistent track record of quoting and securing new applications monthly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain the Indiana Property & Casualty License and the Indiana Life & Health License
- No minimum work experience or education required; character and drive are prioritized
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
