      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the in-processing of new employees, both domestic and international
      - Create and maintain personnel files for all new employees
      - Enter new employee data and make changes in the HRIS system
      - Conduct Virtual I-9 verifications and process unemployment claims
      - Answer employee benefits and general HR questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
      - Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field experience
      - Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR/SPHR certification
      - Experience working in a diverse environment
      - Aptitude in problem-solving and a results-driven approach
