      Shift: 7:00 AM to 3pm
      Bachelors degree preferred
      Travel 20%
      1st (Mon-Fri)
      Looking for someone who has college level recruiting experience

      Position Description
      Location: Remote Position Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of our business in the Electronic Systems sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract top talent to our organization.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple business areas, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes
      • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
      • Source, screen, and select candidates for interviews, ensuring that all candidates meet the requirements of the role
      • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities as needed
      • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment partners to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

      Skills Required

      Requirements:
      • At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
      • Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
      • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
      • Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems

      Experience Required
      At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
      Education Required
      Bachelors degree preferred
      Additional Information
      Looking for someone who has college level recruiting experience using BrassRing applicant tracking system.
