      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage primary and secondary claims to ensure timely payment
      - Respond promptly to billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies
      - Collaborate with clinics to resolve issues related to outstanding account balances
      - Resolve denials and submit appeals for claims
      - Research assigned correspondence and take necessary actions to address requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 2 years prior experience in medical receivable collections
      - Understanding of medical claims processing and insurance systems
      - Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations as they relate to billing and collections
      - Ability to read and interpret an Explanation of Benefits and understand claim denials/rejections

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medical terminology
      - Additional years of experience in medical collections beyond the required two years
