What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide tailored solutions
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
- Support peak season operations with high call volumes
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers in retaining services and resolving issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of commissioned sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and oral
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in direct sales or phone sales within a call center environment
- Familiarity with gamification tools and performance measurement methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
