What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor live autonomous truck activity and respond to system alerts and triggers
- Send remote commands to autonomous vehicles during testing phases
- Provide real-time feedback on vehicle performance to engineering teams
- Review workflows impacting performance metrics and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with teams to improve operations, reliability, and safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to focus on multiple live data feeds and operational tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in high-stakes environments
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with 5+ years of clean driving history
- Availability for day or night shifts and the ability to work regular overtime
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operations, tech, logistics, or customer service in high-tempo environments
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications
- Interest in tech tools such as gaming or creative software
- Command-line experience is a bonus
- Strong teamwork experience and ability to collaborate under pressure
