What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment of a Fortune 250 company
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products and services
- Maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity throughout all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
- Strong growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
