What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment.
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively promoting our suite of products and services.
- Maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality.
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary.
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace setup.
