      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide Agile development teams in adopting and refining Scrum practices
      - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful and time-boxed
      - Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement
      - Proactively identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress
      - Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
      - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification
      - 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
      - Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
      - Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience designing or improving Agile processes for teams working on Utilities software
      - General understanding of software development and DevOps practices, Cloud, and emerging AI technologies
      - Kanban certification or experience with Kanban and hybrid approaches (Scrumban)
      - Job history and experience in product-based organizations
