What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the analytics department in delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Analyze financial and utilization trends, providing actionable insights for management and clinicians
- Integrate data from multiple sources into a cohesive organizational system
- Develop and execute timely reports and visually compelling dashboards using various tools
- Mentor and train other data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau, or other industry-standard data visualization software
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, along with proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in healthcare analytics
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with Epic applications and database structures
- Intermediate knowledge of Epic reporting tools
- Proven ability to tackle complex problems creatively
