      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate best practices in the region and develop standardization plans for training materials and procedures
      - Collaborate with technicians and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct training and operational audits
      - Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and quality enhancement
      - Maintain and develop a comprehensive catalog of technical training materials on Power Systems topics
      - Act as a liaison with technical schools and participate in recruiting fairs and curriculum development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of relevant field experience
      - NETA level 3 or 4 certification required (or equivalent certification recognized by an industry organization)
      - Proven expertise in common Power Systems topics and experience with the NFPA70E Standard
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
      - Willingness to travel regularly within designated territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience presenting to groups and training others
      - Passion for learning and teaching
      - Proven experience in building training programs from the ground up
      - Intermediate skill level with PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel
