What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and customer service remotely to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for supported individuals
- Maintain accountability for all consumers within the assigned setting and implement their personal care and activity plans
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with medication administration guidelines
- Perform all necessary documentation, including daily logs, progress notes, and behavior reports
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team and assist with evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) must be maintained
- Valid Driver's license from state of residence and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and double shifts as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities or in a similar healthcare environment
- Familiarity with assistive/enabling technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with documentation and reporting in a care setting
