      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate drones remotely in response to emergency calls, including violent crimes and technical rescues
      - Provide tactical oversight and guidance during drone deployments, ensuring compliance with public safety protocols
      - Communicate real-time intelligence to field units, including hazard identification and scene assessment
      - Maintain detailed logs of drone deployments, mission outcomes, and performance metrics
      - Conduct pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and post-flight documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in law enforcement, fire service, emergency medical services, or other emergency response roles
      - Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a pre-employment polygraph and drug screening
      - Excellent communication skills for relaying critical information to field units

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with GIS mapping, aerial photography, and data analysis
      - Experience in high-pressure environments requiring rapid decision-making
      - Previous involvement in large-scale event monitoring or disaster response
      - Understanding of public safety protocols and incident command systems (ICS)
