      Summary of Position

      This position will be responsible to manage the repair flow of AWPC Customer Support cores and Customer Property cores for the Americas. The planner could support different accounts:Government fleet, Part 145 MRO shops and Hangar Maintenance activities.

      Responsible to review target stock levels to maintain the desired customer service level and responsible for releasing purchase requisition for repairs performed through external supplier and through internal P145 MRO shops and/or Hangar maintenance.

      Creating and releasing purchase requisition for repairs performed through external supplier and internal through P145 MRO shops and/or Hangar maintenance.

      Responsible for managing customer property repairs: creating and reviewing repair quotations, profitably analysis, updating customer order book and communicating the status.

      Responsible for sharing repairs feedback with material planning team in terms of: part shortages for MRO shops repairs, supplier repairs.

      Contacting with customers and coordinating recovery of missing data to support quality acceptance of the returned unserviceable materials.

      Monitoring the flow of parts between vendors, customers, warehouse, and MRO facilities, helping the Materials Repair & Reverse Logistics in coordinating, and monitoring the material situations.

      Responsible in maintaining KPIs used to monitor repair activities.

      Responsible to maintain and analyzing the output of repair MRP, P145 MRO shop priorities, analysis and Procurement priorities, analysis based on projects, customer orders, P145 Hanger requirements, target stock and AOG priorities.

      Creating and releasing purchase requisition for repairs performed through external supplier and internal through P145 MRO shops and/or Hangar maintenance.

      Qualifications for Position:

      Education

      BS degree or equivalent work experience.

      Experience

      • Requires a minimum of 3 years, directly related experience in areas of material planning, forecasting, supply chain.
      • Proficient with Excel
      • Operational knowledge of SAP and Planning Software
      • Used to work in a multi-cultural environment, strong communication skills
