      Job Summary

      Buscamos un Representante de Atención al Cliente para dar reporte a cuentas en español, brindando una experiencia excepcional en cada interacción. Serás responsable de atender consultas, resolver incidencias y ofrecer soluciones oportunas, asegurando la satisfacción y una experiencia positiva.

      Primary Job Responsibilities

      • Gestionar llamadas de clientes de manera profesional y cordial.
      • Brindar informacion clara y precisa sobre productos, servicios y procesos.
      • Resolver dudas e incidencias de forma eficiente, garantizando una experencia positiva.

      Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

      • Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
      • Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.

      Education

      High school diploma or equivalent

      Experience Target

      • Call Center industry experience preferred.
