What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise clients using Javelin’s consumer and industry survey data and expertise
- Draft research reports, impact notes, webinars, and podcasts based on data analysis
- Collaborate with the Fraud and Security team to identify topics and design surveys
- Analyze survey data and consumer usage patterns to provide actionable insights
- Conduct phone interviews with vendors and financial services executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of fraud systems/applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with comfort in working with data
- Proven analytical thinking and experience writing research reports
- High attention to detail and commitment to research integrity
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Bachelor's or Master's degree required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using SPSS strongly desired
- Skills in quantitative or qualitative research, particularly with large data sets
- Ability to develop charts from data analysis
