What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate clinical care, research studies, and patient education programs for the Cardiovascular Medicine service line
- Manage patient scheduling and follow-up to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Perform physical assessments as appropriate and document findings accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current nursing procedures, techniques, and practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Current licensure as a registered nurse or eligibility for licensure
- Relevant coursework or specialized training in nursing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience in clinical research
- Familiarity with IDX Carecast
- Additional skills in meeting age-specific needs of adult and geriatric patient populations
