  Residential Service Journeyman Electrician – $80,000 Salary + 20% Commission | Company Van Provided Day 1

  What You’ll Do

  • Perform residential electrical service work, troubleshooting, installations, wiring, and repairs.
  • Provide on‑site estimates and recommendations to homeowners.
  • Invoice customers and collect payments directly.
  • Support the sales team with high-ticket service calls (and earn commission doing it).
  • Manage and maintain your assigned service van.

  What You Bring

  • Journeyman Electrician License (required)
  • 5+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with wiring, blueprints, conduit bending, and switchgear
  • Ability to identify electrical issues quickly and confidently
  • Solid customer communication skills
  • Experience using an iPad on job sites for estimates, invoicing, and job details
  • Ability to estimate fixture requirements

  Bonus (Not Required):

  • OSHA 10 Certification – can be provided by us!

  • $80,000 base salary - to start out
  • 20% commission on all services completed (uncapped earning potential)

  The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

  Company provided service van. Uncapped commission. Upward mobility within the company.
