What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide supervision and strategic direction to staff
- Oversee stakeholder interactions to ensure company deliverables are met
- Direct procurement of equipment, materials, labor, and contractors
- Provide regular status reports to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of construction experience managing contractors, vendors, and staff
- Experience with HVAC or Solar PV installation operations
- Experience using Project Management Software
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in one-on-one or group settings

- Proven ability to bring projects in on time, on budget, and high quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to solve problems; must possess excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook)
