- Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units
- Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
- Caulk decks and hulls
- Restore, clean or paint existing masonry structures
- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
- Suspended access equipment training
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts
