      Position Overview:

      Play a key role in creating unforgettable fan experiences as a Retail Events Part-Time Sales Associate, where guest service, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. In this fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, you’ll assist fans from around the world by providing merchandise information, processing purchases accurately, and keeping retail areas organized and well-stocked.

      Along with supporting retail operations at major concerts and sporting events at Allegiant Stadium, you’ll also help prepare for these events by receiving and organizing product, setting up merchandise displays, assembling pop‑up locations, and assisting with inventory tasks. Some assignments may also include off‑site activations throughout the Vegas area. Your ability to stay composed under pressure, work well with your team, and thrive in busy, high‑volume settings—both during event prep and live operations—helps ensure every customer leaves with great memories and the perfect merch to match.

      Availability Requirements:

      • Must maintain the following availability:
        • Fully available Friday and Saturday + 2 other weekdays of your choosing (Monday-Thursday)
      • Shifts may be scheduled across mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, based on approved employee availability

      Essential Job Functions:

      Event Operation:

      • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
      • Interact with customers to promote sales, upsell products, and support meeting sales goals
      • Provide good customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, recommending products, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
      • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and storage areas
      • Work well with employees to meet sales goals and maintain smooth operations
      • Restock merchandise and keep product displays organized and presentable during events
      • Support crowd flow by directing customers, managing lines, and keeping high‑traffic areas clear
      • Follow all safety procedures and organizational guidelines
      • Report any issues, safety concerns, or equipment problems to area Lead promptly
      • Follow all company and department policies, including attendance, uniform/appearance expectations, and clocking procedures
      • Complete other assigned tasks to support efficient operations and quality customer service

      Event Preparation:

      • Receive incoming product shipments and verify quantities against inventory records
      • Organize, label, and store merchandise in designated areas
      • Set up merchandise displays and prepare product for sales locations
      • Build and assemble merchandise pop‑up locations, including fixtures, tables, and signage
      • Assist with inventory tasks such as counting, sorting, and tracking stock levels
      • Create basic signage and price labels for retail areas
      • Box and prepare outgoing product for transfer or return
      • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage and prep areas
      • Use pallet jacks or other equipment to move and transport product safely
      • Support event setup and breakdown as needed to ensure retail areas are ready for operation
      • Complete other assigned tasks to support efficient operations and quality customer service

      Qualifications:

      • Must be 18 years old or older
      • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
      • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
      • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and assisting a high volume of customers
      • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
      • Strong communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude
      • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

      Physical Demands:

      • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours)
      • Must regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs
      • Must regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
      • Must regularly bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead
      • Noise levels can range from moderate to very loud, depending on the event
      • Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, sun exposure, cold, wind, and inclement weather; some positions may require working primarily outdoors
