What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth and optimize merchandising for BODYARMOR and POWERADE brands in assigned stores
- Manage the installation and maintenance of creative displays to engage consumers
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams and external merchandisers to execute sales programs and uphold company standards
- Gather and report customer insights to inform continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service
- Must reside in the Philadelphia area or be willing to relocate at your own expense
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel, with a clean driving record
