What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth and optimize merchandising strategies within assigned territories
- Create and maintain engaging displays to enhance brand presence in stores
- Serve as a brand ambassador, providing product knowledge and insights to consumers
- Execute sales programs and ensure compliance with promotional initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain inventory and merchandising standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service
- Strong selling skills with the ability to influence store personnel
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%) within the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
