What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty and customer experience
- Engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and drive sales through suggestive selling
- Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house
- Maintain a clean and organized work center while executing operational processes efficiently
- Handle customer interactions and issues professionally and courteously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Customer-focused attitude both on and off the sales floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
