  Dein Arbeitsplatz

  • Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort.

  Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung, Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung von Retention-Marketing-Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Lead Generation, New Name Retention, Loyalty / Bestandskundenbindung, Churn Prevention & Reaktivierung
  • Erstellung detaillierter Wochen- und Monatspläne zu Sales, Customer Count und Incremental EBIT im Einklang mit dem Customer Plan und Digital Sales Plan des Marktes
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Kampagnen in den zugewiesenen Kanälen unter Anwendung von Markt- und QVC International Best Practices
  • Analyse von Kampagnenergebnissen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Performance
  • Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf Basis von Kampagnen-Insights
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu relevanten Geschäftspartnern im Retention-Marketing-Bereich
  • Scouting neuer potenzieller Partner und Integration in das Retention-Marketing-Portfolio

  Was Du mitbringst:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Retention Marketing mit nachweisbarem Erfolg in Umsatzsteigerung und Kundenentwicklung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Statistik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Retention-Marketing-Tools (z. B. Kampagnenmanagement, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu präsentieren
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen bis hin zum Executive Level sowie in internationalen Teams
  • Fähigkeit, Daten-Insights in klare Handlungsschritte zu übersetzen und Stakeholder zu überzeugen
  • Business-fluent in Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Idealerweise 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Retail-Umfeld mit Retention-Marketing-Programmen
