What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound cancellation requests and manage at-risk customers
- Identify root concerns and effectively overcome objections
- Rebuild customer confidence in their decision to proceed
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to resolve customer issues
- Track interactions and outcomes in CRM with strong attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of inside sales, retention, or save desk experience (solar or home services strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to save deals, overcome objections, and close under pressure
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Confident, persuasive communicator capable of controlling conversations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in solar or home services industry
