What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts and communicate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain business relationships
- Collaborate with various functional areas to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist sales managers and directors in achieving sales goals
- Create detailed price quotes and deliver presentations to customers
- Maintain relationships with plants servicing customers in the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Solid sales experience, with industrial sales experience being a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cold calling and following up on leads
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sales-related paperwork and reporting systems
