What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately evaluate and annotate large volumes of text and audio data in Russian for linguistic quality and cultural appropriateness
- Identify and categorize grammatical errors, syntactic issues, semantic inconsistencies, and transcription errors
- Ensure linguistic data adheres to project-specific guidelines and high-quality standards
- Document and report linguistic issues and trends, providing feedback to improve language model performance
- Collaborate with team members to refine AI training processes and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have native-level fluency in Russian and currently reside in Canada or the United States
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Experience with data annotation or quality assurance in linguistic contexts is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Linguistics, Russian Language Studies, Translation, or a related field
- Previous experience in AI, NLP, or related technologies
- Familiarity with audio and text data evaluation processes
- Strong communication skills for providing constructive feedback
