What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an effective call strategy to enhance referral outcomes in your assigned region
- Communicate regularly with the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales regarding progress and challenges
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and community leaders
- Present company information, service array, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners
- Identify opportunities for publicity and coordinate community events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the sales field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience to physicians or medical offices
- Medical/Healthcare Sales experience is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities

- Experience in a role involving the sale of intangibles such as ideas and concepts
- Confident and persuasive in guiding the sales process
