What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow assigned accounts while seeking new vertical customers
- Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with key customers
- Create strategic account plans and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Assess customer needs and generate proposals promoting products and services
- Negotiate master service agreements and contracts with assistance from the legal department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Valid driving license
- Strong understanding of data center urgency and unique mission-critical requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, estimating or proposal software)
- Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experience
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
