What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and engage with prospective customers in target industries to develop new business leads
- Execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer business objectives
- Maintain a strong operational understanding of accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with experience working with technology partners
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention
- Strong operational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the customer organization
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
